As true A-listers become scarcer in Fashion Week’s front rows, plenty of B-, C-, and D-listers scurry forth to claim their seats. A curious pattern emerges: Each season, one marginally famous person (typically a CW actress or recent Olympic medalist) winds up attending every and any show for no apparent reason.
